We are glad to announce that we are having a cooking workshop on the 22nd March.
This time we have the honor to be guided by famous French chef, Romain from Royal Monceau & Joël Robuchon!
The theme of the cooking class is “Fresh Spring Menu” – 3 courses (entrée + plat + dessert)
Entrée: Risotto à la bettrave et coulis d’herbes
Plat: Lieu jaune rôti, pastilla de légumes et écume de poivres
Dessert: Tartare d’ananas au citron vert et mousse coco au siphon
Chef: Famous Chef from Royal Monceau and Joël Robuchon
Objective: meet and exchange through top standard cooking class at a unique place in Paris, with a high participation of each participants, all the fees collected will be used for the organisation of the event!
A luxurious experience with very few expense!!!
Date: 22nd March (Saturday)
Time: 15h00 (3pm) – 18h00 (6pm), 3 hours of cooking class and dinner afterwards
